Rob Wolkon maintains a diverse corporate and litigation practice, primarily representing private companies and individuals in a variety of business transactions, employment and litigation matters. He counsels businesses and company executives on a broad range of legal issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, employment matters, financing, equity arrangements, mergers, acquisitions, business succession planning and other transactional issues. He also represents many start-up and emerging companies. He has over thirty-five years of experience litigating cases before Massachusetts state and federal trial and appellate courts, and administrative agencies. Rob has been named as a “Super Lawyer” for business and corporate attorneys in Massachusetts and New England for eighteen years, and maintains the highest "AV" Rating (5.0/5.0 Peer Review) from Martindale Hubbell. Rob was also voted to Boston Magazine's "Top Lawyers" list.

Rob currently serves as outside general counsel to a number of companies in the areas of manufacturing, software, technology, engineering, publishing, product distributorship, construction, retail, recreation, physician and dental practices, education and non-profit corporations. He also maintains an active practice before the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and Division of Professional Licensure representing attorneys and other licensed professionals in disciplinary proceedings.

Rob is a graduate of Hobart College (B.A., with Honors, 1984), and Temple University School of Law (J.D., 1987). He spent ten years with the law firm of Ferriter, Scobbo, Sikora, Singal, Caruso & Rodophele, P.C., and then co-founded the law firm Wolkon & Pascucci, LLP in 1996, where he served as managing partner for over 27 years. Rob is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Megan Rose, formerly with Ropes & Gray, practices in the area of corporate law. She has been with Wolkon Law, and its predecessor firm, Wolkon & Pascucci LLP, since 2004. Megan has experience in a broad range of sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and sales of companies, venture capital and private equity investments, securities offerings, senior credit facilities, subordinated debt financings and friends and family financings. She has also represented several entrepreneurs, start-up businesses and mature private companies as outside counsel, providing day-to-day advice on a full range of business law issues.

Megan is a graduate of Columbia College, Columbia University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1994) and Boston College Law School (J.D., magna cum laude, 1997).
