We have a significant practice representing attorneys before the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO). Our work includes responding to complaints and investigations from the Office of Bar Counsel, negotiating pre-hearing dispositions, representing attorneys in disciplinary hearings and reinstatement proceedings, advising attorneys and law firms on IOLTA compliance, and counseling attorneys on ethical questions arising under the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct.
